Hi, I am Sailor Guevara, a Brand Ambassador for Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey in the Pacific Northwest. I am a veteran of the spirits and hospitality industry, a whisk(e)y educator for years, a published mixologist, author and podcast host. In February of 2020 I won a World Of Whisky Icon award for the coveted Brand Ambassador of the Year for American whiskey.

1/2 oz Averna Amaro

1/2 oz Toasted Sesame Tincture

3/4 oz Lavender Syrup
